2004 Dodge Neon Coolant tank level

I want to know how to check the coolant level and make sure that I am not low on coolant. The coolant tank has a mark that saya 'ADD'. The current coolant level is below that mark. Is it O.K.? or do I need to top it up.

Before you fill it start the vehicle then add to the full mark and then secure it. keep track with it from here on out as deem necessary
