most likely have a faulty bulb on right side of vehicle, check all bulbs front and rear.

First check to see if a bulb is out and that the wiring is okay going to the bulb.

if you replace the bulb and it still doesnt work it could be the multi function switch.

i have a 1999 neon and i had a brakelight/turn signal out only on one side and i had to replace the multi function switch in my car which was about $160 but it has worked fine ever since.
