2004 Dodge Neon Battery or Alternator

Noises problem
2004 Dodge Neon 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

My car cut off on me today, I got a jump but even then my car wouldn't start i can't figure out if it's my battery or my alternator?

Car does not crank
u have to start with the battery check terminals
check battery if charged and if not charge or replace battery
if you have power(lights horn wiper radio … )and engine will not crank
check fuses and suspect bad starter
if engine crank and start with a jump then die after cables remover then I would suspect a bad alternator check fuses and replace alternator
if car crank but will not starter check fuses and check timing belt
