2004 Dodge Neon 4th gear pops out after a min or two after

I have a 04 neon sxt, 5 speed manual. When I shift into 4th gear with in a minute or two it pops out of gear, no noise just jumps out unless i hold it in. all other gears are fine except its getting hard to shift from gear to gear. Clutch seems fine, its grabbing each gear good still and no smells.
