i have a 2003 dodge neon 53,0002.4 eng. the speedometer wont move and the transmission is stuck in second gear. it was in the shop and they change all the computers and it still does not work? is it the transmission or in the wiring, i brought it home and i need to know an idea of what it might be ,before i take it to any other garage. please help
