This morning I was leaving to go to work when my neon started acting strange. I pulled and the car seemed to keep jumping out of gear and then finally when it did stay in gear it would only stay in first and started making a distnict whining noise. What could this be? I did the OBD-II test and it came up as code p0700 which was transmission control system malfunction. What is involved with this?
