My car is "running rough"--feeling as though it may stall out when I am idling at a stoplight. It is not as noticible when I am driving.

Since no one has replied I'll toss in my 2 cents. There are a number of problems which can cause this effect so I'll start with simple ones. If you have a tachometer and it is visibly idling low you can advance the idle to correct this. On older models this can be a screw type adjustment but I'm not 100% on a 2003. You can try some fuel injector cleaner (I'd recommend a solvent type cleaner [most cleaners on the market] and then some Lucas fuel treatment - or just start with the Lucas.)

Also take it to have the ECU scanned, it could be a timing issue, misfire, poor fuel pressure, countless things... Also to cover the basics check your air filter, make sure you have fresh oil, examine/replace your spark plugs (any oil on them is a problem) and do any general maintenance.
