My headlights go on and off after having headlights replaced

hi, did you talk to the people that did the work? With the headlamp switch off, the only hot circuit, I saw, was flash to pass, maybe something wrong with multifunction switch? I'd have to check the wiring circuits. I don't see how changing headlamps would effect that?
