2003 Dodge Neon engine vibrates

when i turn my car on and put it in reverse my car will vibrate the whole car and it even does it in drive but not as bad what could be the problem

Most likely motor mounts are bad. Replaced a ton of them in those cars.The engines vibrate regardless, but when the mounts sag or break it can be felt in the car
