2003 Dodge Neon downshifting

my transmission shifts up fine but when downshifting from 30mph to 25mph it slams into gear what could be causing this and is it and easy fix or major.

My 2003 Neon is experiencing the exact problem.

On my 2003 Neon sxt I have the same problem of hard down shift at 25 mph -someone answer please
