2003 Dodge Neon Car vibrates and will fill up with gas

2003 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Automatic 87,400 miles

Hello, I have a 2003 dodge neon that I bought used. I have had the car for 3years now and it will not allow me to fill up the gas tank. Also when I am sitting at a red light the car begins to vibrate so much that you can see the hood vibrating. What do you think is wrong?

at this point I would do a throttle body(throttle bore) cleaning with throttle plate, and check the idle air control valve ,make sure you do plugs and wires too. then we can take it from there. also there may be a code stored in the computer even though there is no engine light on. that will give us more info into why this is happening. so just go to autozone. tell them your light was on then went off and you want to see if there is any freeze frame info stored on the computer. hey its frrrreeee. and the shops will charge you in excess of 100.00. talk about a savings off the rip. also do what I told you. won't hurt can only help
