bad bearing on idler pulley on belt tensioner so i need to remove to replace bearing

did you buy the bearing
I don’t think you can its a one piece unit
you have to replace it as on unit

I just did this recently on a 2000 neon. the way i did it was to jack up the engine enough so that you can take out the bolts for tensioner. it is one big piece. i had to remove the anchor mounts as well. good luck
