2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I can't find the dipstick to check the transmission fluid and I dont know where to put the fluid in. Where is it located at? Ive searched the whole engine.

Front Left side (driver side )
and use the dip stick tube to add fluid require special fluid
check the dip stick for the spec.
