2002 Dodge Neon throttle is stuck wide open

Could be the idle air control valve needs cleaning and throttle plate/bore and out of range throttle position sensor/kinked acc cable

i have changed the idle air control valve, the throttle position sensor and the MAP sensor with no luck. still is running at about 9 thousand rpms as soon as the motor starts. i rented a computer and it is giving the codes for the 3 things i have changed already. so i erased the codes and tried again... still giving the code for the MAP sensor.... what should i do? does any body have any idea what might be causing this?

Check the EGR and PCV valves if its leaking also for vacuum leaks and vacuum at the MAP sensor
