Brakes problem
2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm actually asking this for a friend, so I won't know all the details. But she says that her brakes sound like they are scraping something. I don't know what it could be. Could you tell me what could be making the scraping sound and how I could fix it for her?

check if its the noise coming from the brakes
need to have it checked
remove the tire and check the brakes would be the 1st step
