2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I was driving and all of a sudden the car jumped to hot I pulled over and the water was running out so I figured that was a busted water hose. I found out there was transmission fluid in the water. I have been told I just need to replace the radiator and get a couple of water hoses. I was just wondering if that is what I need because I have asked alot of people and they all seem to have different answers.
