car misses when i take off....but runs good at higher speeds..... when car is in 2 nd gear and tach is around 1500 and going up...it will start missing, but when it gets above 2000 on tach it will smooth out.

I suspect you have a misfire on one of the cylinders .. this could be due to a coil fault or spark plug or break in lead ..
