2002 Dodge Neon Location of Radiator drain plug

I would like to change the engine coolant myself but when I looked under the hood I was unable to visually locate anything that resembled a drain plug.

Usually found on the bottom of the radiator, and usually made of white plastic. You may need to remove the lower splash shield under the car to access it!
