On the panel the fuel, presure and millege gages don't work, the emergency ligths are all on and there is a sign that reads " no bus"

Welcome to the forum, you may need to get a dealership to properly diagnose your problem. I looked at service bulletins, nothing caught my attention. I looked at suggestions on a fix database, several said to replace the instrument cluster, a couple said the multiwire connector at the cluster can cause issues. The cluster is several hundred dollars, plus you may need a DRB111 scan tool to program the cluster, where applicable. I don't replace anything without trying to be sure of the problem.

I have a neon as well as for the gauges not working check this out. My gauges were not working soldering a few spots worked great no more problems.
