My son recently had a front collision which required replacement of the front right tie rod, tie rod end, control arm, ball joint, and swaybar link on his 2002 Neon. Subsequently, he had the car serviced and was told that the right cv boot was torn and needed replaced. He had that done, but the question is, with that much front suspension replacement, wouldn't the boot have been replaced during the original repair? Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
