Power steering sensor

I have a 2001 dodge neon with 95,053 miles and the check engine light came on. The code is 0551 and it says that the power steering pressure sensor curcuit range/performance. Do I need to replace the sensor? And where can I get the part to fix it?

Yes it sounds like it is shorted internally, you can get the part at any parts store, I prefer the dealer or napa, very easy to install also
