2001 Dodge Neon How to replace a fuel pump

I would like to know how to replace the fuel pump in my wife's neon. I plan on changing out the fuel filter first but would like to know on the fule pump just in case I have to do it. Please help.

Fuel pump is located in fuel tank
tank has to come down
fuel filter on top fuel tank part of fuel pressure regulator
