On start up, the engine races, and takes a few minutes of very high idling, then I will hear a click, like a sylenoid, and then the engine will idle normal. I have replaced the pcv valve, and the engine idle sensor, and checked for vacuum leaks. Still idles high on start up every time. Any ideas.
