2001 Dodge Neon fuse

When I turn the key over, an alert comer on my dash! It said "fuse" I checked all fuse's and it still will not turn over! Batter is good and almost new!!

did you test fuses or just look at them? can't always tell a fuse is bad by looking, need to take a tester to them.
