My ABS light has been on for quite a while. I am not too concerned since I've driven a car without ABS before. What I'm concerned about now is the brake warning light is on all the time. I have changed the front brake pads and rotors and had the rear brakes checked. They are all good now. The fluid in the reservoir is at the full line.

I have checked the parking brake switch and it seems fine. The brakes work great.

My question is does the computer record problems with the braking system? I know the ABS computer does, but I'm not sure about the regular brake light. Is there something that I can do to help me diagnose this without taking it to a garage to get it tested?
