2000 Dodge Neon Vibration in the engine

This car has been nothing but a problem since I bought it second hand. The kid that owned it put a cool air intake on it. lately, it has been getting worse but after driving and coming to a stop at a light, it starts vibrating really bad until I put it in nuetral. I just can't seem to figure it out, can you help?

sorry no news here, just wanted to say my 02 neon is doing the same thing, no cool air intake on mine, and we cant find the problem either. We have replaced the motor mounts, air filter, plugs & wires, idle air control valve, and still no change. the strange thing is that it just started all of a sudden. It has ran fine since we bought it in 05, and then like a month ago it started this, and there is no engine light, no overheating, no imminent problem. Just rough idle and vibration in the car.

I am also having the same problem with my 2003 it runs great but at a stop the engine will start to idle rough? I have changed the upper and lower motor mounts but not the idle air control valve or the IAC valve. If you do find out what makes that rough idle please let me know. Thanks

I had the same issue with my 04 dodge neon I changed the pcv valve and throttle positioning sensor and it runs great!
