2000 Dodge Neon Sputtering & Dying?

2000 Dodge Neon Automatic 155 miles

My 2000 Dodge Neon recently went in for a tune-up and now it is sputtering as I drive and sometimes dies when I come to a stop or back out of somewhere! Someone said it could need a fuel injection, but it had one when I got the tune-up?

Are u getting check engine light on and or flashing
and if so get the codes
check for a vacuum leak

It stays on! It's on as soon as I start the car, but does turn off on occasion, but usually comes back on while driving.

Cycle ignition key ON OFF three times, ending with key ON
read P codes in the odometer area
