2000 Dodge Neon oil in the spark plugs

Today i went out to check my spark plugs and when i pulled out the 1 and 4 cylinder spark plugs had a pretty good amount of oil on them, what could be the problem and the cost to fix?

O-ring seals under the valve cover. The cover must be removed, but I never did this repair myself, so I don't know what's involved. I'm betting it's less than an hour long job.
