2000 Dodge Neon no bus

recently my 2000 dodge neon was wrecked. For some odd reason it is not wanting to start. but on the dash it has the word no bus. and i seriously trying to figure it out. i need help.

The computer has lost communication with the other components. Check the wiring harness where it plugs in to make sure it is tight.
