Engine Mechanical problem

ok- today i was driving down the road and the car cut off and then cut right back on. then the breaks locked up and the power stearing went out! i got the car to a parking lot and cut it off. when i went to cut it back on, the battery would work and all the lights, but the motor would'nt even click, or try to turn over! the belts are fine , the sencors are too. the fuses are ok as well. i have, however, noticed that the motor mount is slightly broken. could you please tell me what the problem is?
