2000 Dodge Neon A/C not blowing cool air

Every summer I have to have freon added to the a/c however for some unknown reason this year I can't seem to get any cool air out of it. I don't need freon the test says that is okay and everything else seems to working properly, it is a really hot summer, and I need air!!!!

with AC ON do u have a difference in pressure
and if so I would check blend door
