1999 Dodge Neon problems

My car runs poorly in the morning and when I go to take off it wants to stall and when it starts going after it warms up it has no power is there an easy fix to that

Maybe it needs a tune-up? Can you check for codes? Around here, some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free. Can you check fuel pressure?
