Hello there, I love your site, it's incredible. I can't find an answer to my question though so I'll ask.
When changing the passenger side inner tie rod, do I need to hold the teeth coming from the rack while removing the tie rod with the inner tie rod removal tool? I've read some that say you need to hold the teeth in place in order to get the tie rod to spin off, and I've heard some say that you just pop the inner tie rod tool on and spin it off just like using a socket. This would be the ideal situation as I'm doing this myself and I don't have a lot of room to work with.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Mike.
