1999 Dodge Neon air bag light

just bought a 99 dodge neon i drive it home and noticed that the air bag light is on and the horn doesnt work 2 days later it goes off and the horn still doesnt work i also noticed that the right blinker light on the dash doesnt work when the airbag light is off but if the air bag light is on the blinker light works any suggestions

If both the air bag light is on and the horn doesn't work, chances are the clock spring in the steering wheel need replaced. Have that checked.
