1999 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
1999 Dodge Neon, when I turn on the lights the the left turn signal indicator comes on real dim and the wipers start going. Also if you turn on the left signal the wipers start going. The ABS indicator comes on intermitantly and the wipers start going. Can reset the sysytem by turning of the car. But shortly after the ABS light will come on and the wipers will start. Any ideas?
