1998 Dodge Neon timeing belt

The damper will not come off.
i did everything the book said to do.
the damper wont come off the crank shaft.
help

Got the crank bolt out pully puller on good and tight. Now take hammer smite the end of bolt on puller. It will pop loose alaso a little heat meybe needed.

It require a special 3 jaw pulley
with a long insert to go where the center bolts is
check with your rent tool center for it
any thing else will damage the damper pulley
