1998 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my gauge was just wondering up in down and the fans would not come on . ichanged the sensor and my fans stay on all the time and my gauge stays all the way on hot now. i put a tester on it and it says po177 code and i cant find that code

As for the cooling issue, test out the cooling fan relay.
