1998 Dodge Neon ice in gas line

How do I get ice out of the gas line? I put some stp gas treatment in and let it set over night, tried it this morning still will not start. Please help! Winter blues

Are you sure the reason for no start is water in the tank
make sure and if so you should drain the tank and fill it with fresh fuel

check spark and if you have fuel pressure

you can add dry gas to the tank
