1998 Dodge Neon changed timming belt now i have no compress

What is the timiing spec for this year i replaced the timing belt and went by the specs in the book the car cranks but i dont have any compression.Do you think the timing is still off or do i have another problem.My vehicle has a DOHC engine

Your best shot here is to open it back up and investigate and verify the relationship of the cam and crank gear timing marks-
