1997 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My sister has substantial vibration at an idle on her 97 Neon. There is no driving involved just at start up and at an idle. What could the causes be that I can trouble shoot?

Besides an engine misfire, those cars go through engine mounts. When they break down, they will cause the engine vibration to be felt throughout the car
