I have a 1997 Dodge Neon about two months ago I replaced the fuel pump and since then the car has had like a hiccup to it everynow and then. THe car will cutoff and all of sudden catch right back up like it hasn't cut off at all. Well today it cut off and did't cut back on. We took the fuel pump out and tested it and it works. THe only thing we can figure out is thet it is blowing the fuses underneath the hood of the car. Does anybody have any suggestions to what the problem may be?
