what is the fuel accumulator on a 97 dodge neon and where is it located

The fuel accumulator is basically pair with your fuel filter if you have one it will be back by your gas tank on the passenger side of the car. You will have to buy one at the dodge/Chrysler dealership it is a patent part and that don't sale them at the part store.
