Electrical problem
1997 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 89.000 miles

Recently I replaced a water pump on a neon.
After installing the timing belt and everything else, I found the car didn't want to start I took evertything back apart and made sure it went together exactly right. My brother told me later that he had started the car to hear the new water pump (or the lack of moise from the old one). He said the car just stalled.
Now I can't get it to run. I've replaced plugs, S/P wires, coil, Computor and crank position sensor. The computor was purchased froma local Napa. I'm out of ideas and running out of money.
Any ideas.

Go back to the basics.

Check all the connections and fuses.

Check for apprioriate fuel pressure at the rail and that the injectors are pulsing.

Check for good start spark to each plug wire.

Ensure that the camshaft timing is not off!
