My car chugs along when it goes down the road I took it to walmart and replaced the spark plugs and got the best oil change they have at walmart it stoped for a week. Then started doing it again and the engine light came on. What do i do to fix it?

I will need the full code it should be something like P0143 just 43 dose not come up on my list of codes.
