1997 Dodge Neon car wont turn on

My car won't turn on? Everything works I have power my starter turns over but the car just won't turn on. I just gave it an entire tune up including oil, oil filter, spark plug wires, spark plugs, fuel injector cleaner. I have a 1997 sohc 2.0. I have tried putting starter fluid also and it won't budge. I live in flagstaff where every night it freezes over could this be the problem? And if it is what can I do to fix the problem or at least turn the car on? It'll turn over all day but it just won't turn on?

Try looking for spark -disconnect a sparkplug wire and ground it to the engine and have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? I need to know this before we continue.

You might have spark-but wrong valve and ignition timing it will never start.

Do this -get a carb cleaner and spray into the throttle body and see whether it will start and die
out.

BTW when you turn key to On - do you hear the fuel pump?

It didnt even start that way. I've tried a bunch of stuff but i'm stuck about right there with the carb cleaner, that was the last thing I tried.

Did you have a check engine light On or has flashed before it decides to finally quit.

Re-verify the spark and give me some fuel pressure readings then comeback.

Alright half a tank of gas. And its reaching the fuel rail. I have spark and my fuses and relays are all working properly. And the fluid in the carb won't start the car. No check engine light before or even now.

It gets to about 0-9 degrees every night and the car is exposed, I dont know if that matters, but it hasnt worked since I parked it outside. Its been about a week.

Have you tried the carb cleaner thru the throttle body? You got spark and you feeding it should fire up and die out.

Ya the carb cleaner didnt even start her up. Not even a little bit. I think it could be a wire problem possibly? Its done this once before apparently and there is a wire harness on the right side of the motor and the man that fixed it said his patch job wasnt going to last long could that be it? Do you know about the harness?

Do a compression test and remove timing cover and check timing make sure timing mark on and correct

you have spark and fuel
you need compression and timing for it to start
check that
