Brakes problem
1997 Dodge Neon

i keep smelling burnt rubber and it seems like my car has a hard time going..my brakes seem like they are sticking. when you take your foot off the brake it doesnt move until you put your foot on the gas. my front right tire shakes a lot over bumps and rattles. could that be the problem

could have a frozen brake caliper. will need to remove wheel assembly and inspect brake components at each wheel.
