this is the dodge neon that dies at moving for about 20 feet but when the brske on at 2000 rpm it keeps funning

I have every on the list you gave me we have sending message to each other fo the last few weeks
updated:
there is no vacuum leaks we hook \hook up the snap on scaner no codes came up walk through all the program ( ok ) could it be the speed sensor located in the trans the manuel does no say any way to check it

using the scanner can you control the RPM
also using the scanner do a min RPM test
