daughters car. no right blinker or brake light. already ckecked bulb and fuse, light on dash blinks fast.blinker in front works fine.also blinks fast.running lights all work. helppppp.mark

Use a test light and probe the wires, if there is power, the ground could be bad, or the socket(pigtail).
