I need to stabilize my car for a long abscence (10 months.) What would I need to do for that.

I would do is try to get the car in a temperature controlled environment if possible.

I would run the fuel down to a 1/4 tank. When you revive the car, put fresh gas in and change the oil. The battery will drain down, so either it will need occasional trickle charging or plan on charging battery before restarting.
