1995 Dodge Neon Spark Plugs, idle rough

I just put all new plugs in my car, now it is idling worse than before I changed them. Do I need to change the wires as well?

Change the wires, make sure you put the proper wires on the proper plugs.

Were the plugs properly gapped? Out of the box gap doesnt always cut it.

Proper spark plugs also?
